I found the original recipe on However, it seems to have disappeared now. It's either that or their search feature is crap. My printout says that it was submitted by "Carol". So..hats off to her because it's delicious.

Works well with boneless, skinless thighs as well. I usually serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.


2 teaspoons crushed garlic

0.25 cup olive oil

0.25 cup dry bread crumbs

0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


Preheat oven to 425F(220C).

Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture and then into the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until no longer pick and juices run clear.
